In testing with UCCE 10.5 we noticed some one way video issues.

Resolution

We resolved this issue by changing the proxy.properties video.rtcp.sip.picture.loss.message from “AUTO” to “PLI”. It seems like when UCCE 10.5 is in use the Cube/CUCM attempts to use FIR as the RTCP protocol which breaks something somewhere along the line.
