Camera switch feature is failing on Chrome browser on Android 11

We confirmed because of a bug of the Chrome browser, currently camera switching feature is not working on Chrome.

The affected version of Chrome and Android OS

1: Chrome v89  (Tested with this version)
2: Android 11 (no issues on Android 10)  

This bug was already filed to Google, we are monitoring the response from them.
