Please note that there is an issue with Live Assist 1.1.10 consumer side screen share from an application running in Chrome 37 and later.
This issue has been addressed in Live Assist 1.1.10.1, and has been made available to existing customers via the CaféX download portal. To download the patch please use your existing download portal credentials credentials. To apply the patch please follow the release note instructions.
