If you are running a licensed version of Fusion Client SDK, Live Assist or Supervisor Assist there are some circumstances where you may need to request an emergency license. An example is if you lose your FAS Master server from a HA cluster.
Normally you can request a new license from support@cbaliveassist.com or global-sales@cba-japan.com but this is normal business hours, Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30 GMT.
To request a license, you will need:
- Company name
- Contact name
- MAC address of FAS master in full format, e.g. a2:0d:c1:30:9f:c9
- Number of sessions (Users if SA)
- License start / end date.
If you require a license outside of UK business hours, then you can request an emergency license.
Emergency licenses are generated by CBA Live Assist support and last for 31 days from the date requested. Once you have applied your emergency license and your HA cluster is up & running you can request a new perpetual license from support@cbaliveassist.com or global-sales@cba-japan.com.
To request an emergency license, contact Customer Support with the following:
Subject Emergency license required for <customer name>
- Company name
- Contact name
- MAC address of FAS master in full format, e.g. a2:0d:c1:30:9f:c9
- Number of sessions (Users if SA)
