How to install FCSDK web gateway and media broker onto a single host

NOTE - since recording this video the urls for the fcsdk sample have changed from fusion-web to csdk-sample:

https://FAS-IP:8443/csdk-sample/

Where FAS-IP is the IP address of the FAS server.
