When you have established a Live Assist session, but documents aren't rendered correctly when shared from the agent, check the following known causes:
- When sharing a PDF that is not included with Live Assist, ensure it is tagged as a PDF. This can be done by downloading acrobat reader and selecting Accessibility Option on the left, from there select Add tags to document.
- Ensure there is no add blocker plugins running on the client browser (Adblock Plus has been known to cause issues).
