Trials 2.1.4 Media Broker Not Logging

Trials environment doesn't have the standard start-media-broker.sh script to start media broker and the trials version has a minor issue that causes it not to log to proxy.log.

To overcome this you need to backup the current start-media-broker.sh script located in the Media Broker install directory, then copy the attached file (from a standard FCSDK 2.1.17 install) into the same directory and make it executable (chmod 777 start-media-broker.sh).
