How to install Live Assist

This article shows a typical Live Assist install using the headless installer.

Check out the product documentation for full details of gateway and media broker deployment topologies along with details of install & upgrade procedures.

NOTE - since recording this video the following product changes have been made:

Post install Anonymous Agent Access must be enabled - see following screenshot.

The urls for the assist samples have changed:

https://FAS-IP:8443/assistsample/

https://FAS-IP:8443/assist-agent-console/

Where FAS-IP is the IP address of the FAS server.
