How to do co browse only in Live Assist

One key thing to remember when doing co-browse only is that the CID (correlation ID's) have to match for both the Agent & the Consumer.

So the consumer goes to https://<your-server>:8443/assistsample/?cid=12345&cobrowseOnly=true

The agent goes to https://<your-server>:8443/assist-agent-console/?cid=12345

The final part of a successful co-browse session only is to set the Anonymous Consumer Access to trusted
