Aligning a custom Agent Console shared view

This is a commonly occurring issue when using the Live Assist Agent SDK to roll your own Agent Console application.

The symptoms appear during a cobrowse session where agent annotations and pointer clicks are not properly aligned against the consumer app, within the shared view element.

The solution and sample code below has been "lifted" from the sample Agent Console (/agent/console/) that comes with the product. It's a simple piece of HTML
