Description
You've installed and configured Live Assist but when you try and load the agent console https://cs-fcsdk21.cba.com:8443/liveassist-agent-console/ you get no local video and you see the following error in the browser debug console:
POST https://cs-fcsdk21.cba.com:8443/liveassistserver/agent 500 (Internal Server Error).
Problem
Live assist is un-configured on the CBA web gateway:
https://cs-fcsdk21.cba.com:8443/web_plugin_framework/webcontroller --> Live Assist --> General Administration.
Solution
Re-enter the configuration (minimum Registration Domain & Web Application ID) remember to click save.
